Do we have a party lined up just for you!! On October 9th - Bloomz and The Irvington Iris are celebrating the culmination of a lot of hard work, planning and imagination. Miranda wants all her friends and colleagues to join her as she officially opens her new establishment. Featuring WiFi, unique gifts, off street parking, Bloomz and The Iris offers Irvington a place to slow it down and smell the roses - or any of the other flowers that may be in the shoppe at the time!
Where else will you have the opportunity to enjoy Gypsy Dancing and Tea Leaf Reading, hand-crafted gifts, unique special blend teas, lovely antiques and most importantly a place created just for you. The Grand Opening will take place at three different times in order to accommodate all our expected guests. A sign up sheet is available now in the shoppe. Grand Opening festivities are scheduled for 2 to 3:30pm,4 to 5:30 pm and 6 to 7:30 pm. Space is limited and will be by reservation only. Music and entertainment will be offered for free and our special-tea offerings will have opening only pricing. Get an idea of what your teatime experience will be like. On other Second Saturdays you may find a guest speaker, a napkin folding demonstration or a local merchant. How cool will it be to just kick back and enjoy the savory teas and sweet treats offered at The Iris and pick up a delightful bouquet of flowers too.
The Iris is available evenings and Saturdays for meetings such as church, community, writer's and women's groups. Also, special events such as showers, retirement/birthday parties, and of course your special 'Tea'! There has been great interest in the meeting space, so call soon to reserve your day and time. Miranda is looking forward to hosting your group.
